目的 探讨小组讨论结合迷你临床演练量表(Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)测评对医学检验技术专业的教学效果.方法 选取吉林市化工医院检验科小班学习的62名学生为研究对象,根据不同教学方法分为两组,2022年7-12月的31名学生采取常规教学,为对照组;2023年7-12月的31名学生采取小组讨论结合Mini-CEX测评教学,为观察组.比较两组学生对教学方法的满意度以及教学效果评价评分(标本采集、形态识别、设备规范操作、操作安全、质量控制、报告审核).结果 观察组总满意度为100.00%(31/31),高于对照组的83.87%(26/31),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.439,P<0.05).观察组学生形态识别、设备规范操作、质量控制和报告审核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 小组讨论结合Mini-CEX测评有助于提高医学检验技术专业的教学效果.
Analysis of the Teaching Effect of Group Discussion Combined with Mini-CEX Evaluation on Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty
Objective To explore the teaching effect of group discussion combined with Mini-clinical Evaluation Ex-ercise(Mini-CEX)assessment on medical laboratory technology specialty.Methods A total of 62 students in the small class of the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Jilin City Hospital of Chemical Industry were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.A total of 31 students from July to December 2022 were taken as the control group by routine teaching,and 31 students from July to December 2023 were taken as the observation group by group discussion combined with Mini-CEX evaluation teaching.The sat-isfaction with the teaching methods and the evaluation scores of the teaching effect(specimen collection,morphologi-cal identification,standardized operation of equipment,operation safety,quality control,report review)of the two groups of students were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(31/31),which was higher than that of 83.87%(26/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.439,P<0.05).The scores of morphological identification,standardized operation of equipment,quality control and report re-view in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Group discussion combined with Mini-CEX assessment is helpful to improve the teach-ing effect of medical laboratory technology specialty.
