Application of Behavior-oriented Teaching Method in Orthopedic Clinical Teaching
Objective To analyze the application effect of behavior-oriented teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods Fifty medical students from Eshan Town Central Health Center of Yicheng District in Zaozhuang City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different teaching meth-ods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 students in each group,and received routine clinical teaching and behavior-oriented teaching methods,respectively.The scores of practical behavior,autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before teaching,there were no significant differences in the scores of practical behavior,autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction between the two groups(all P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of practical behavior,autonomou slearning ability,self-efficacy,theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of behavior-oriented teaching method in orthopedic clini-cal teaching can promote the cultivation of medical students'practical behavior ability,improve their autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy,deepen their mastery of theoretical knowledge,and lead to high satisfaction of medi-cal students.
