Discussion on Post Competency Oriented Practice Teaching of Clinical Medicine Specialty
Objective To study the teaching effect of applying post competency oriented teaching method in clinical medicine professional practice teaching.Methods A total of 100 practice students from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups according to different teaching modes,with 50 students in each group.The observation group took post competency oriented teaching and the reference group took routine teaching.The assessment results(skill score,theory score)and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The skill scores and theory scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the refer-ence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The post competency oriented teach-ing method can improve students'academic performance,improve students'learning strategies,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching.
