摘要
目的 探讨采供血流程中强化环境消毒质量管理的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月于枣庄市中心血站工作的15名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1-12月实施采供血流程常规环境消毒质量管理,2023年1-12月实施采供血流程强化环境消毒质量管理模式.比较实施前后管理质量(环境消毒理论知识、消毒措施操作、消毒质量)、血液样本差错率和报废率.结果 实施后,管理质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).实施后的血液样本差错率为0.23%(1/434)、血液样本报废率为0.92%(4/434),均低于实施前的1.03%(6/585)、4.10%(24/585),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.052、5.173,P均<0.05).结论 供血流程强化环境消毒质量管理可提升管理质量、降低血样样本差错率和报废率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of strengthening environmental disinfection quality management in blood collection and supply process.Methods A total of 15 staff working in Zaozhuang Central Blood Station from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine environmental disinfection quality manage-ment of blood collection and supply process was implemented from January to December 2022,and the strengthening environmental disinfection quality management mode of blood collection and supply process was implemented from January to December 2023.The management quality(theoretical knowledge of environmental disinfection,operation of disinfection measures,disinfection quality),the error rate and scrap rate of blood sample before and after implementa-tion were compared.Results After the implementation,the scores of management quality were higher than those be-fore the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After implementation,the error rate of blood samples was 0.23%(1/434),and the scrap rate of blood samples was 0.92%(4/434),which were lower than 1.03%(6/585)and 4.10%(24/585)before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.052,5.173,both P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening environmental disinfection quality management in blood sup-ply process has obvious effects in improving management quality,reducing blood sample errors and scrapping.
