血液病专业的临床指南和专家共识是血液科医生进行疾病诊断和规范化治疗的依据.本文探讨了基于指南的案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用,证明基于指南的CBL模式可以激发规培医生的学习兴趣,提高临床思维能力、临床决策能力、医患沟通能力和岗位胜任力,可带来较好的教学效果.
Application of Case-based Teaching Method Based on Guidelines in the Standardized Training of Residents in Hematology Department
The clinical guidelines and expert consensus of hematology are the basis for the diagnosis and standard-ized treatment of hematological diseases.This paper discussed the application of case-based learning(CBL)based on guidelines in the standardized training of residents in hematology department.It was proved that CBL model based on guidelines could stimulate the learning interest of standardized training doctors,improve clinical thinking ability,clini-cal decision-making ability,doctor-patient communication ability and post competence,and bring better teaching ef-fect.
