The article systematically elaborated on the current situation of idle or inefficient use of stock materials in Rehabilitation University Qingdao Hospital(Qingdao Municipal Hospital),analyzed its causes in depth,and adopted measures such as improving internal control management systems,deepening the refinement and intelligent manage-ment mode of material supply,strengthening reasonable control of material costs,and internally adjusting and revitaliz-ing idle or inefficient use of stock materials(office supplies,cleaning supplies,bedding and clothes,etc.)in the hospi-tals.It improved the efficiency of asset use and the level of lean material management services,improved the utiliza-tion rate of existing stock assets,reduced inventory management costs,and saved procurement expenses,created more benefits for hospitals.
