Analysis of the Improvement Path of Scientific Research Capacity of Grassroots Tertiary Public Hospitals from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity—Taking F Hospital as An Example
In order to explore the way to improve the scientific research ability of grass roots Eertiary public hospitals from the perspective of new quality productivity,the data of scientific research investment,number of health techni-cians,output results,research fields and cooperative units of F Hospital in the past five years were selected to analyze the current situation of scientific research management and incentive mechanism of F Hospital.It is found that hospi-tals have problems such as insufficient investment in scientific research,lack of high-level researchers,and difficult transformation of scientific research results.In addition,the cooperation and communication between hospitals and in-dustry are not close enough,and there is a lack of effective mechanism and platform for the transformation of scientific research results.Based on the existing problems,the paper analyzed from the perspective of new quality productivity.Hospitals should pay close attention to the development trend and application prospect of new quality productivity,and constantly adjust and optimize the scientific research strategy and direction to adapt to the needs and development of the new era.
