In the context of risk control needs,the performance management of public hospitals is facing challenges such as ensuring medical quality,controlling costs,and improving service levels.With the strengthening of medical in-dustry norms and the improvement of patients'awareness of rights and interests,hospitals need to reduce medical er-rors,improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency and continuously improve services through effective performance man-agement measures.At the same time,the economic environment requires hospitals to be more refined in cost control and resource allocation,making performance management a key tool to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals.Based on this,this paper explored the performance management path of public hospitals under the background of risk control requirements.
