Application of Rain Classroom Combined with WeChat Platform in Stan-dardized Training of General Practice Residents
Objective To explore the effect of the combined application of rain class and wechat platform in the stan-dardized training of general medicine residents.Methods A total of forty-six resident training trainees who received 3-year standardized training for resident doctors in Zhangjiajie People's Hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group and divided into 3 grade groups according to the training time:Group A1(Grade 1,n=16),group A2(Grade 2,n=16),group A3(Grade 3,n=14)and observation group all adopted the teach-ing mode of Rain Classroom combined with wechat platform.Another fifty-four resident trainees who received tradi-tional teaching mode from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the control group and divided into Group B1(Grade 1,n=18),group B2(Grade 2,n=16)and group B3(Grade 3,n=20).After the training,the participants in the observation group and the control group were compared in class participation,satisfaction and course assessment re-sults.Compared the passing rate of completion assessment and medical practitioner examination between group A3 and group B3.Results The class meeting rate,satisfaction,theoretical assessment and skill assessment scores of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The passing rate of A3 group was 92.85%(13/14),which was higher than 60.00%(12/20)of B3 group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.568,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating Rain Classroom with WeChat for standardized medical residency training enhances student performance and training quality.
