Application of Multidisciplinary Team Mode Combined with PBL Teach-ing Method in Practical Teaching of Neurology
Objective To explore the multidisciplinary team(MDT)combined with the application of project-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the practice teaching of neurology.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,seventy interns in the Department of Neurology of Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College were selected as the re-search objects.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into control group and observation group,thirty-five in each group.The control group used conventional teaching mode,and the observation group used MDT mode combined with PBL teaching method.The teaching effect,Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the score of theoretical was 92.74±2.31,the score of operation was 93.68±2.04,and the score of record was 93.07±2.25 were higher than those in the control group 83.08±5.72,82.54±5.41,82.84±5.62,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.980,9.821,8.589,all P<0.05).The Mini-CEX scores of physical examination,medical history inquiry,humanistic care,clinical judgment,health education consultation,organizational effectiveness and overall performance in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion effect of MDT mode combined with PBL teaching method in the practical teaching of neurology is better,which can effectively improve the teaching quality and the performance of interns,and also improve the clinical ability of in-terns and enhance the satisfaction of teaching.
