Application of Responsibility Management and Performance Appraisal in Improving Nursing Quality in Respiratory Medicine Department
Objective To analyze the effect of joint performance assessment of responsibility management in respira-tory medicine to improve nursing quality.Methods A total of twenty nursing staff in the respiratory department of Anlu Puai Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and routine nursing quality management methods were implemented during September 2022 to March 2023,and were recorded as the con-trol group.From April to October 2023,the responsibility management and performance appraisal management method will be implemented and recorded as the observation group.The nursing quality score,job satisfaction and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores and job satisfac-tion scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility management and performance evaluation methods in respiratory medicine has a positive effect on promoting the improvement of nursing quality.
