Analysis of the Implementation and Effect of Total Quality Control Man-agement in the Safety and Quality Management of Blood Stations
Objective To explore the implementation effect of whole process quality control management in safety and quality management of blood station.Methods A total of sixteen staff working in Jinan Blood Supply and Insurance Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,the traditional management mode was implemented and set as the traditional group.From January to December 2023,the whole quality control management was implemented as the inquiry group,and fifty blood samples were taken from each group to compare the management effects of the two groups.Results The blood quality qualification score and op-eration standard score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(16/16),which was higher than 62.50%(10/16)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.128,P<0.05).There were 5 adverse events in the traditional group and 1 adverse event in the inquiry group.Conclusion The implementation effect of the whole quality control management in the safety and quality management of blood stations is significant,which can effectively improve the blood quality,standardize the operation behavior of staff,improve the management satisfaction,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
