In-depth Discussion of the"10S"Management Method to Enhance the Ef-ficiency of the Pharmacy and the Role of Service Quality
Objective To explore the role of"10S"management method in improving the work efficiency and service quality of pharmacy.Methods A total of fifteen staff working in the pharmacy of Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,set as the tradi-tional group,and the traditional management method was implemented.From January to December 2023,the same group of staff were included in the inquiry group to implement the"10S"management method.Compared the manage-ment effects of the two groups.Results The score of pharmacy management quality in the inquiry group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The service quality score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The prescription processing time of the exploration group was(4.12±1.26)min,the drug retrieval time was(0.53±0.21)min,and the prescription review time was(0.76±0.22)min,which were better than the tradi-tional group(6.16±1.19)min,(1.21±0.17)min,(1.13±0.19)min,the differences were statistically significant(t=37.222,79.588,40.251,all P<0.05).Conclusion The"10S"management method can effectively improve the manage-ment quality and service quality of the pharmacy,and improve the work efficiency of the staff.
