摘要
本文从精细化属性、工作环境、医患安全方面分析我国医院后勤管理中应用精细化理念的必要性,研究当前管理中存在的问题,如服务意识较低、人力资源浪费、管理制度模糊、管理流程混乱以及信息化水平不高等.并进一步探讨加强管理重视、提高职业素养、优化人力资源配置及完善管理制度等整合实践办法,以期为医院后勤管理工作质量提升提供参考.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the necessity of applying the concept of refinement in the logistics management of Chi-nese hospitals from the aspects of refinement attribute,working environment and doctor-patient safety,and studies the existing problems in the current management,such as low service consciousness,waste of human resources,vague management system,chaotic management process and low information level.And further explore the integration of practical methods such as strengthening management attention,improving professional quality,optimizing human re-source allocation and improving management system,so as to provide reference for the quality improvement of hospital logistics management.
