Application Value of FMEA Model in Risk Control of Infectious Disease Information Reporting Management in Medical Institutions
Objective To analyze the application value of FMEA mode in the risk control of infectious disease infor-mation reporting management in medical institutions.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,20 experts were selected to constitute FMEA expert group in Sanshui District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,with ex-pert interview and brainstorming method clear medical institutions infectious disease information report management process specific work process link and potential failure mode,and for the number of risk calculation,according to the order from high to low build FMEA analysis table.Results On the basis of full assessment,the management links in-volved a total of 17.From the perspective of item-by-item calculation of risk coefficient ranking,The top 5 process links are the importance of the leading group of medical institutions,the professional quality and reporting conscious-ness of clinicians and epidemic reporting personnel,assessment indicators,the information construction of hospital re-porting system,and the feedback mechanism of abnormal results in assistant departments.Conclusion In the process of practical application of FMEA mode,it can achieve the purpose of identifying and dealing with the failure mode in the process of infectious disease epidemic reporting,especially in the process of assessing the risk of infectious dis-ease reporting and management in medical institutions,and can provide a relatively solid basis.
