人性化护理管理对护理人员护理质量及压力松绑减负的作用分析

目的 探讨人性化护理管理对护理人员护理质量及压力松绑减负的作用.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月广州中医药大学梅州医院的100名护士为研究对象,2022年1-12月行常规管理(对照组),2023年1-12月行人性化护理管理(观察组),比较两组的工作压力、护理质量水平.结果 观察组专科护理操作(22.14±0.56)分、临床安全管理(21.25±1.34)分、护理协作(23.42±0.16)分、护理文书书写质量(22.06±0.91)分高于对照组的(19.31±1.24)分、(18.58±1.15)分、(19.86±1.35)分、(19.02±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.800、15.121、26.187、19.458,P均<0.05).观察组的职业倦怠评分、工作压力源评分、心理弹性评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 人性化护理管理能够提高护士护理质量,有利于压力松绑减负,降低职业倦怠感.
Analysis of the Effect of Humanized Nursing Management on the Nursing Quality and Pressure Relaxation of Nursing Staff
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management on the nursing quality and pressure re-laxation of nursing staff.Methods A total of 100 nurses from Meizhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Routine management was performed from January to December 2022(control group),and humanized nursing management was performed from January to December 2023(observation group).The work pressure and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The score of specialist nursing operation,clinical safety management,nursing cooperation,nursing document writing quality were 22.14±0.56,21.25±1.34,23.42±0.16,22.06±0.91 in the observation group,higher than 19.31±1.24,18.58±1.15,19.86±1.35,19.02±1.27 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=20.800,15.121,26.187,19.458,all P<0.05).The scores of job burnout,work stressor and psychological resilience in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing management can improve the quality of nursing care for nurses,which is conducive to stress relaxation and burden reduction,and reduce job burnout.
