重大突发公共卫生事件中高校应急管理机制的探讨

摘要
高校作为向国家、社会培养高素质人才的重要场所,发生重大突发公共卫生事件所带来的不良影响对高校的稳定有序发展会产生重大影响.因此,高校建立完善的应急管理机制势在必行.基于此,本文在重大突发公共卫生事件内涵的基础上,对高校重大突发公共卫生事件的类型及特点进行了分析,并对高校重大突发公共卫生事件所带来的影响与应急管理机制构建路径进行了探讨.
Abstract
As an important place to train high-quality talents for the country and society,the adverse effects of major public health emergencies will have a significant impact on the stable and orderly development of colleges and univer-sities.Therefore,it is imperative for colleges and universities to establish a sound emergency management mechanism.Based on this,on the basis of the connotation of major public health emergencies,this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of major public health emergencies in colleges and universities,and discusses the impact of major pub-lic health emergencies in colleges and universities and the construction path of emergency management mechanism.
