A statistical Model for Comprehensive Evaluation and Analysis of Factors Influencing the Quality of Care Based on the Rank-sum-ratio Staging Method
Objective To establish a comprehensive evaluation and influencing factor analysis model for nursing qual-ity based on rank sum ratio score method.Methods Based on the rank sum ratio grading method,the observation val-ues of eleven qualified rate evaluation indexes reflecting nursing quality in twenty-four departments of a tertiary hospi-tal in 2018 were analyzed,and the nursing quality of twenty-four departments was objectively evaluated.The calcu-lated column rank sum ratio was graded and analyzed to find out the factors affecting the nursing quality of the hospi-tal.Results The nursing quality of the hospital was divided into 5 grades,4 departments belonged to"poor"grade,9"poor"grade,7"medium"grade,2"better"grade and 2"good"grade.From the perspective of the influencing factors of nursing quality,the qualified rate of critical care,the qualified rate of ward management,the qualified rate of pri-mary care,and the qualified rate of basic care were high-impact indicators,and the qualified rate of static treatment care and the qualified rate of document writing were medium-impact indicators.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation and influencing factor analysis model of nursing quality based on rank sum ratio grading method is simple and easy to understand,and the principle is self-evident.
