摘要
目的 探究PDCA循环对持续改进住院病房高危药品管理质量的效果,以加强患者用药管理与安全性、效果.方法 选取赤峰松山医院药剂科2023年1-12月30名工作人员进行研究,2023年1-6月实施常规管理,即PDCA循环管理前.2023年7-12月实施PDCA循环,即PDCA循环管理后.比较PDCA循环管理前后工作情况、药品管理质量评分、工作人员对管理的满意度.结果 PDCA循环管理前不合格药品率、高危药品发放差错率高于管理后,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).PDCA循环管理后药品管理质量评分优于PDCA循环管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).PDCA循环管理后工作人员对管理的满意度100%(30/30)优于PDCA循环管理前80%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.667,P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环持续质量改进,提升了对住院病房高危药品的管理质量与使用、满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle on continuous improving the quality of high-risk drug man-agement in inpatient wards,so as to strengthen drug management,safety and effect for patients.Methods 30 staff members from the Pharmacy Department of Chifeng Songshan Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected for research.The staff members implemented routine management from January to June 2023,namely before PDCA cycle management.From July to December 2023,the staff simplemented the PDCA cycle,namely after the PDCA cycle management.The working situation,drug management quality score and staff satisfaction with management were compared before and after PDCA cycle management.Results The rate of unqualified drugs and distribution error rate of high-risk drugs before PDCA cycle management were higher than those after PDCA cycle management,the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Drug management quality score after PDCA cycle management were better than those before PDCA cycle management,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The staff satisfaction with management before PDCA cycle management 80.00%(24/30)was lower than 100.00%(30/30)after PDCA cycle management,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous quality improvement of PDCA cycle can improve the management quality,use and satisfaction of high-risk drugs in inpatient wards.
