Practical Application of Root Cause Analysis in Clinical Safety Manage-ment in Internal Medicine and Assessment of Its Effectiveness

摘要
目的 探讨根因分析法在内科临床安全管理中的实践应用及其效果评估.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月山东省济南市莱芜区寨里中心卫生院内科的40名医护人员为研究对象,2022年1-12月实施传统安全管理(传统组),2023年1-12月实施基于根因分析法的临床安全管理(探究组),比较两组风险防控能力、培训效果、对管理的满意度.结果 探究组的风险防控能力、培训效果均于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).探究组的管理满意度为95.00%(38/40),高于传统组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).结论 根因分析法在内科临床安全管理中的实践应用能够提高医护人员的风险防控能力,增强培训效果,并提升管理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the practical application and effect evaluation of root cause analysis in clinical safety management of internal medicine.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,40 medical staff in the De-partment of Internal Medicine of Zhaili Central Hospital in Laiwu District,Jinan City,Shandong Province were se-lected as the research objects.Traditional safety management was implemented from January to December 2022(tradi-tional group,and clinical safety management based on root cause analysis was implemented from January to Decem-ber 2023(inquiry group).The risk prevention and control capability,training effectiveness,and satisfaction with man-agement of the two groups were compared.Results The risk prevention and control ability and training effect of the in-quiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The practical application of root cause analysis in clinical safety management of internal medicine can improve the risk prevention and control ability of medical staff,enhance the training effect and improve the management satisfaction.
