Value Analysis of PDCA Cycle Teaching Method in Hospital Teaching Management
Objective To study and analyze the value of PDCA cycle teaching method in the daily clinical teaching of hospital interns.Methods A total of ninety-eight interns who practiced in Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital from April 2020 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.From April 2020 to March 2022,forty-nine in-terns selected as the control group were given the conventional teaching mode.From April 2022 to March 2024,forty-nine interns were selected as the observation group to implement the PDCA cycle teaching method.The teaching ef-fect,interns'satisfaction and clinical practice ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rates of all kinds of tests in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive satisfaction of interns in the observation group was 100.00%(49/49),higher than 87.76%(43/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.438,P<0.05).The clinical practice ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle teaching method has a high value in the daily clinical teaching of hospital interns,which can effectively improve training effectiveness,intern satisfaction,and clinical practice ability.
