摘要
目的 分析妇产科手术室实施PDCA循环管理模式的效果.方法 选取2021年7月—2023年6月湖南省脑科医院妇产科手术室护士20名为研究对象.2021年7月—2022年6月开展常规手术室护理管理,为对比组.2022年7月—2023年6月开展PDCA循环管理模式,为探析组.比较两组护士管理质量水平、不良事件发生情况.结果 探析组护士管理质量评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).探析组共发生1例护理不良事件,少于对比组的8例.结论 开展PDCA循环管理模式可提升妇产科手术室护士的管理质量,减少护理不良事件.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the PDCA cycle management model in an obstetrics and gynecology operating room.Methods Twenty nurses from the operating room of obstetrics and gynecology department of Hunan Provincial Brain Hospital were selected as the study subjects from July 2021 to June 2023.Conventional op-erating room nursing management was carried out from July 2021 to June 2022 as the comparison group.PDCA cycle management model was carried out from July 2022 to June 2023 as the the exploratory group.Compared the level of quality of nurse management and adverse events between the two groups.Results The quality scores of nurse manage-ment in the exploratory group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 1 nursing adverse event occurred in the exploratory group,which was less than the 8 cases in the comparison group.Conclusion Carrying out the PDCA cycle management model can improve the man-agement quality of nurses in the obstetrics and gynecology operating room and reduce adverse nursing events.
