Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Nurse Hierarchical Management in Op-erating Room Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of implementing hierarchical management among operating room nurses.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,twenty operating room nurses in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha City were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to June 2022,routine management was ad-opted and set as the reference group.From July 2022 to December 2022,hierarchical management was implemented and set as the observation group.The nursing management quality score,quality control ward round score and nurses'satisfaction with the management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing manage-ment quality and quality control rounds of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was 100.00%(20/20)higher than that in the reference group 70.00%(14/20),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=7.059,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in the management of nurses in the operating room is helpful to improve the quality level of nursing management in the operating room,strengthen the performance of quality control rounds,and enhance nurses'satisfaction with management measures.
