The Management Effect of Lean Management Mode in the Hospital Labo-ratory Department and its Influence on the Inspection Process
Objective To analyze the management effect of lean management mode in hospital laboratory and its influ-ence on the inspection process.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,twenty eight staff members engaged in medical examination in Huangjiang Hospital of Dongguan City were selected as the research objects.From January to July 2022,routine biochemical quality control management was adopted,which was recorded as the reference group.From August 2022 to January 2023,comprehensive biochemical quality control management was adopted,which was recorded as the study group.Each group selected one hundred and seventy-seven specimens for examination.The quality of inspection work and the compliance rate of inspection specimens were compared between the two groups.Results The professional ability score was 94.45±1.15,work efficiency score was 95.66±1.17 and work quality score was 95.55±1.11 in the study group,were higher than those of the reference group 80.34±2.41,82.33±4.15 and 88.74±3.33,the differences were statistically significant(t=27.960,16.359,10.266,all P<0.05).The test specimen compli-ance rate of the research group is higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of lean management mode in hospital laboratory is higher,which can improve the inspection quality and inspection compliance rate,guarantee the management effect,and improve the inspection process.
