摘要
REDCap是一个基于Web的电子数据采集系统,目前国内研究者大多对REDCap的研究不够深入,未能盘活资源汲取众长,把REDCap与现有资源更好整合.本文将从REDCap的多中心临床数据采集、研究中患者自报告数据采集、建立队列研究数据库、即时反馈的报告方法、REDCap系统APP功能、电子知情同意以及自定义日历日志7个方面分别对REDCap的亮点功能进行详细阐述.同时进一步分析REDCap目前在国内的使用现状,着重强调REDCap如今在国内的广泛应用,并对其未来的发展前景作以展望.
Abstract
REDCap is a web-based electronic data acquisition system.Currently,most of the domestic researchers do not have a deep research on REDCap,and have failed to revitalize resources and draw on the strengths of the crowd to better integrate REDCap with existing resources.This article will detail 7 highlights of REDCap,including multi-center clinical data collection,patient self-report data collection in research,establishing a cohort study database,timely feedback reporting methods,REDCap system APP functions,electronic informed consent,and customized cal-endar logs.At the same time,the current use of REDCap in China will be further analyzed,with emphasis on its wide-spread use in China and a look ahead to its future development prospects.
