Exploration of Digital Informatization in Personnel File Management of Public Hospitals
In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the modern medical industry,talent reserves have be-come a magic weapon for hospitals to gain competitive advantages.Through personnel file management,it can meet the needs of hospital reserve talents,improve the quality of medical team and optimize human resources,improve the utilization value of archives resources,and further tap the potential of talents,which is of positive significance for the sustainable development of hospitals.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the application of digital information in the management of personnel files in public hospitals,and provides reference for public hospitals to strengthen the in-novation of file management.
