Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical training in internship teaching for obstetrics and gynecology interns.Methods Fifty interns of obstetrics and gynecology practice in Liangqiu Central Health Center of Fei County from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into comparison group and research group according to random number table method,with twenty-five in each group.The comparison group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the research group implemented the hierarchical training method.The scores of teaching satisfaction,practice assessment,and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%(24/25),higher than 76.00%(19/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).The test scores of clinical knowl-edge and clinical skills of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The scores of response ability,case filling,practical skills,health education,medical ethics and humanistic quality of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical training is beneficial for improving the teaching effec-tiveness of obstetrics and gynecology interns during internships,enhancing their comprehensive abilities,and making interns more satisfied with teaching work,which is worth recommending.
