Analysis of the Application of Case Method in Clinical Pharmacy Practice Teaching
Objective To evaluate and analyze the application effect of case teaching method in clinical pharmacy practice teaching.Methods Twenty-three clinical pharmacy interns from Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the reference group to implement the traditional teaching method.In addition,twenty-three clinical pharmacy interns in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis group to implement the case teaching method and compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The theo-retical scores and operational scores of pharmacy in the analysis group were 94.68±4.55 and 95.06±4.67,which were higher than 90.13±4.91 and 90.45±5.02 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.259,3.224,P<0.05).The score of critical thinking ability in the analysis group was higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion in clinical pharmacy practice teaching,the implementation of case teaching method can improve students'practice performance and train critical thinking ability.
