Application of Diversified Teaching and PBL Combination in Clinical Teaching of Ultrasound
Objective To analyze the effect of diversified teaching combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching in ultrasound department.Methods Sixty-eight interns from the Department of Ultrasound of the Af-filiated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of thirty-four each according to the random number table method.The observation group was given diversi-fied teaching combined with PBL teaching,and the control group was given traditional teaching with teaching.The as-sessment scores,self-evaluation,and teaching satisfaction of the interns in the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores and self-evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction in the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 82.35%(26/34)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.610,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of diversified teaching and PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of ul-trasound department can effectively improve the performance of interns,strengthen their clinical analysis and problem solving ability,and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
