Analysis of the Application Effect of FC+TBL Teaching Mode in system-atic Anatomy Teaching
Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom(FC)and team-based learning model(TBL)in the teaching of systematic anatomy.Methods 400 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine at Ji-lin Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by target sampling method.They were divided into a control group(using traditional teaching mode from January to June 2022)and an ob-servation group(using FC+TBL teaching mode from July 2022 to January 2023)based on different teaching methods,with 200 cases in each group.Both groups taught for twenty-eight hours.The assessment scores,teaching effective-ness,students'recognition of ability development,and teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Re-suts The total score of the observation group's assessment was 84.25±7.41,higher than 76.25±7.14 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.995,P<0.05).After teaching,the teaching effect of the ob-servation group was better than that of the control group,and students'recognition and satisfaction with ability devel-opment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of FC+TBL teaching mode in systematic anatomy teaching can help improve students'assess-ment scores,enhance their recognition of ability development,thereby improving teaching effectiveness and increasing students'satisfaction with teaching.
