An Empirical Study of the"5C"Goal Teaching Method to Improve the Teaching Quality of Orthopedics and Traumatology Practice Skills in Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical teaching strategy based on"5C"goal teaching method in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods Eighty interns in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine were selected,forty interns received the conventional teaching method from January 2022 to January 2023 were included the conventional group,and forty interns received the"5C"goal teaching method from February 2023 to January 2024 were included the inquiry group,and the teaching effect of two groups were compared.Results The theory scores,operation scores and teaching participation in quiry group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In addition,the inquiry group's teaching satisfaction was 100.00%(40/40),was higher than 70.00%(28/40)of the conventional group,the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The"5C"target teaching method has a significant effect in the teaching of practical skills in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine,which can effectively im-prove the theoretical and practical skills of the interns,and at the same time increase the degree of teaching participa-tion and satisfaction.
