Exploration of the Application of DBL+CBL Teaching Model in Neurosur-gery Nursing Teaching
Objective To explore the effectiveness of using problem based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of seventy-two neurosurgical nursing students who were rotated in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the dif-ferent teaching modes,they were divided into observation group and control group,Thirty six cases in each group.The control group was given general teaching mode,and the observation group was given PBL combined with CBL teach-ing mode.The test scores,problem-solving ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rates of theoretical knowledge test and practical test in the observation group were 94.44%(34/36)and 91.67%(33/36),which were higher than 77.78%(28/36)and 72.22%(26/36)in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(χ2=4.431,4.600,both P<0.05).The problem-solving ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sat-isfaction level of teaching in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in terms of motivation stimulation,reasonable mode content,overall teaching applicability,and learning ability transformation(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and CBL teaching mode can improve the exam scores of neurosurgical nursing teaching,improve the problem-solving ability of neurosurgical nursing students,and increase their satisfaction with teaching.
