Study on the Effect of Combined Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Interventional Department
Objective To explore the influence of combined teaching method on interventional department.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,46 interns in the interventional department of Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected as study objects.They were divided into general group and investigation group by odd and even numbers,with 23 interns in each group.The general group was routine teaching,and the inves-tigation group was combined teaching.Compare theoretical professional knowledge and analyze clinical operation abil-ity,observe personal ability,and count satisfaction rate.Results The evaluation of multi-dimensional execution theory professional knowledge in the investigation group was higher than that in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation of multi-dimensional clinical operation ability in the investigation group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation of multi-dimensional execution of personal ability in the investigation group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching interest in the survey group was 100.00%(23/23),the teaching guidance was 95.65%(22/23),the teaching scientificity and initiative was 100.00%(23/23),which were higher than those in the general group 82.61%(19/23),73.91%(17/23),82.61%(19/23),78.26%(18/23),the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.381,4.212,4.381,5.610,all P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the joint teaching method,it can improve the theoretical knowledge level of interns,exercise their operational skills in the interventional department,maintain strong personal skills,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching mode from multiple perspectives..
