The Application of Hospital Human Resource Management Based on De-mand Level Incentive
Starting from the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in modern public hospitals,this paper analyzes the importance of optimizing human resource management in modern public hospitals,clarifies the significance of hierarchy of needs theory to human resource management in hospitals,analyzes the influ-encing factors of human resource management in modern public hospitals from the perspective of hierarchy of needs theory,and puts forward the construction method and process of incentive mechanism of human resource management in modern public hospitals from the perspective of hierarchy of needs theory,so as to provide a new method and means for human resource management in hospitals.
