Problems and Countermeasures in Public Health Management of Grass-roots Hospitals
Public health management encompasses a series of comprehensive management activities aimed at pre-venting the occurrence of group diseases,extending people's lives,improving their quality of life,and promoting health equity and quality of health.Grassroots hospitals bear important responsibilities for disease prevention and con-trol in public health management,including the prevention and control of infectious diseases,control and intervention measures for chronic non communicable diseases,and public health education activities.This article first outlines the content of public health management,explores the role of grassroots hospitals in public health management,summa-rizes the four problems existing in public health management of grassroots hospitals,and proposes sustainable develop-ment strategies for public health management in grassroots hospitals:strengthening talent team construction,improv-ing public health system,promoting information construction of health management,and promoting the construction of integrated medical and preventive collaborative service system.
