摘要
医院感染不仅对患者的康复造成危害,还增加了社会及个人的医疗费用负担.通过有效的医院感染管理,可以减少患者在医院内获得感染的风险,保障患者的健康和生命安全,也有助于提升医疗服务的整体质量.虽然当前医院得到快速发展,我国医院感染管理仍存在一些问题.本文首先概述了医院感染管理的内容,分析了医院感染管理存在的问题,总结了PDCA模式在医院感染管理中的应用价值,提出了医院感染管理中积极施行PDCA模式的措施.
Abstract
Hospital infection not only harms the rehabilitation of patients,but also increases the burden of social and personal medical expenses.Through effective hospital infection management,the risk of infection in the hospital can be reduced and the health and life safety of patients can be guaranteed.It also helps to improve the overall quality of medical services.Although the current hospital has developed rapidly,there are still some problems in hospital infec-tion management in China.This paper first summarizes the content of hospital infection management,analyzes the problems existing in hospital infection management,summarizes the application value of PDCA mode in hospital infec-tion management,and puts forward the measures to actively implement PDCA mode in hospital infection management.
