The Application Research of TNS and PBL Teaching Model in Clinical Practice Teaching of Medical Laboratory Specialty
Objective To explore the application effect of tutorial system-network-group meeting (TNS) combined problem-based learning (PBL) model in clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory major. Methods Sixty-eight interns in the clinical laboratory of Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University (the First People's Hospital of Zhangjiagang City) from January 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into groups based on random number table method. The control group (n=32) adopted traditional teaching mode,and the observation group (n=36) adopted TNS combined with PBL teaching mode. The teaching achievement,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical op-eration scores of the observation group were 93.52±5.20 and 92.75±4.83,which were higher than 82.53±4.26 and 80.12±4.35 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=9.466,11.274,both P<0.05). The teaching quality scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TNS combined with PBL in clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory major can improve the teaching performance and teaching quality of clinical interns,and the interns' teaching satisfaction is higher.
