Study on the Role of Flexible Management in Relieving Occupational Stress of Orthopedic Nurses
Objective To explore the effect of occupational stress relief after flexible management of orthopedic nurses hospital. Methods A total of twenty orthopedic nurses from Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Care Group,working from March 2021 to May 2023,were selected for nursing management research. The conventional way was managed from March 2021 to March 2022 and set as the reference group;The flexible management based on the refer-ence group was completed from April 2022 to May 2023 and set as the study group;The management results of two groups of orthopedic nurses were compared. Results The professional neglect scores and emotional exhaustion scores of orthopedic nurses in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the low sense of achievement scores was higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The work stress source score of orthopedic nurses in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The work motivation score of orthopedic nurses in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The positive coping score of orthopedic nurses in the study group was higher compared with the reference group,and the negative coping score was lower compared with the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The total satisfaction of orthopedic nurses in the study group 100.00% (20/20) was higher than 75.00% (15/20) in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.902,P<0.05). Conclusion During the management of orthopedic nurses in hospitals,reasonable selection of flexible management can significantly improve the work enthusiasm of nurses,effectively improve their job burnout,work pressure,and improve management satisfac-tion.
