PACS联合导师制教学对放射科实习生CT影像学教学的效果分析

目的 评估影像存储及传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)+导师制教学应用在放射科实习生计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)影像学教学中的效果.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年12月江门市新会区人民医院放射科接受CT影像学教学的49名实习生为研究对象,按照教学模式不同分为对照组(n=25,采用PACS+集中教学模式)、观察组(n=24,采用PACS+导师制教学模式).比较两组的考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力以及教学满意度.结果 观察组的考核成绩、自主学习能力以及批判性思维能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).满意度比较中,观察组的营造学习氛围评分为(21.49±0.34)分、提高学习效率评分为(21.37±0.30)分、培养临床思维评分为(21.21±0.24)分、增强科研能力评分为(20.93±0.20)分,均高于对照组的(19.76±0.36)分、(19.53±0.27)分、(19.68±0.33)分、(19.61±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.279、22.586、18.495、14.227,P均<0.05).结论 在放射科实习生CT影像学教学中采用PACS+导师制教学模式,可以增强实习生的批判性思维能力及自主学习能力,提高考核成绩和教学满意度.
Analysis of the Effect of PACS Joint Mentor Teaching on CT Imaging Teaching for Radiology Interns
Objective To evaluate the effect of the picture archiving and communication system (PACS)+tutor system in the teaching of computed tomography (CT) for radiology interns. Methods Forty-nine interns who received CT im-aging teaching in the Radiology department of Xinhui District People's Hospital of Jiangmen City from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group (n=25,PACS+cen-tralized teaching mode) and observation group (n=24,PACS+tutor teaching mode) according to the different teaching modes. The assessment results,independent learning ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The assessment scores,independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). In the comparison of satisfaction,the scores of creating learning atmosphere in the observation group were 21.49±0.34,the scores of improving learning efficiency was 21.37±0.30,the scores of cultivating clinical thinking was 21.21±0.24,the scores of enhancing scientific research ability was 20.93±0.20,they were higher than 19.76±0.36,19.53±0.27,19.68±0.33 and 19.61±0.41 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=17.279,22.586,18.495,14.227,all P<0.05). Conclusion The PACS+tutor teaching mode in CT imaging teaching of radiology interns can enhance their critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability,improve their assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
