Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient-ward whole process teaching mode in the prac-tice of hematology. Methods A total of 100 interns who practiced in the Department of Hematology,Henan Provincial People 's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different teaching methods, they were divided into study group and control group, with 50 interns in each group. The study group ad-opted the outpatient-ward whole process teaching mode, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The objective scores and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared. Results The interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group in the theoretical examination of hematology, clinical compre-hensive ability and communication skills, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfac-tion rate of interns in the study group was 94.00% (47/50),which was higher than 78.00% (39/50) in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.316,P<0.05).
