At present,there is a gap between the current situation of nursing talent team construction in Guangxi and the goal of healthy China planning,which is mainly reflected in the insufficient number of talents,the need to optimize the educational structure,the shortage of higher nursing education resources,and the imperfect talent training system. In view of this,it is suggested to scientifically plan higher nursing education resources in combination with the reality of Guangxi,so as to match them with social development;focus on national policy orientation,adjust and optimize the category of postgraduate education;to improve the training system of high-level nursing talents by establishing a first-level subject doctorate authorization point of nursing in Guangxi. The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for the construction of higher nursing education system in Guangxi and ASEAN.
