Research on Construction of Evaluation Index System of Public Health Service Status in Public Hospitals
Objective To explore the construction of evaluation index system of public health service status in public hospitals. Methods Ten specialists from public hospitals,Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and higher edu-cation institutions were selected from January to February 2024. Through literature analysis and expert consultation,the evaluation model is constructed. Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process analytical hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weight allocation of each indicator. Results The authority reliability coefficient (Cr) of experts reached 0.807;The consistency of expert opinions was significantly improved after two rounds of consultation,and Kendall's W coefficient increased from 0.224 to 0.384 (P<0.001). The current status evaluation system of public health services in comprehensive public hospitals was established,including 8 first-level,19 second-level and 57 third-level evalua-tion indicators. Conclusion The index system of the status quo of public health services in comprehensive public hos-pitals has scientific rigor and reliability,which provides a strong basis for objectively evaluating the performance of public health services in hospitals.
