The Influence of Quality Control Circle Management on the Safety and Quality of Care of Hemodialysis
Objective To analyze the work errors and nursing quality of nursing staff adopting quality control circle management. Methods A total of twenty nurses in the hemodialysis room of Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City were selected as the study objects.The routine management mode from May 2021 to December 2021 was set as the control group,and the quality control circle management mode from January 2022 to September 2022 was set as the observation group. the nursing management satisfaction,management quality score and work error of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was 95.00％ (19/20),which was higher than 70.00％ (14/20) in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (x2=2.767,P>0.05). The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The occurrence of error events in observation group was less than that in con-trol group. Conclusion In the management of hemodialysis nursing staff,adopting quality control circle management can improve management quality,reduce the probability of error,and enhance management satisfaction.
