Impact of Case Information Management Quality on Adverse Events and Management Satisfaction in Continuous Improvement of Medical Quality
Objective To investigate the impact of case information management quality on adverse events and man-agement satisfaction in continuous improvement of medical quality. Methods Eleven staff members of the case depart-ment of Weining County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects. The traditional de-partment management mode was implemented from June 2021 to September 2022 (control group);the quality manage-ment mode of case information was adopted from October 2022 to December 2023 (study group). 58 cases of case in-formation were randomly selected from each group,totaling 116 cases of case information. Observe and compare the incidence of adverse events of case information and staff management satisfaction scores in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of adverse events of case information in the management group was 3.45%(2/58),lower than 18.97%(11/58) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.017,P<0.05);And the satisfac-tion scores of the staff of the management group were higher than those of the control group in terms of quality of man-agement,management skills,and efficiency of management in all case information management,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of case information management has significant advan-tages in the continuous improvement of medical quality,medical institutions should attach great importance to the management of case information,and continuously improve the quality of case information management to provide a strong guarantee for the continuous improvement of medical quality.
