Evaluation of the Application Effect of Quality Supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine Room in the Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions
Objective To evaluate the application effect of pharmacy dispensing quality supervision in traditional Chi-nese medicine prescription management. Methods The twenty staff of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object. The routine manage-ment were carried out from July to December 2023 and set as the reference group,and from January to June 2024,the quality supervision of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy dispensing were carried out and set as the observation group. The working ability,management quality score and management satisfaction rate of the two groups of staff were compared. Results The working ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The quality of traditional Chinese medicine storage management in the observation group was 94.57±1.24,the quality of traditional Chinese medicine modulation management was 94.61±1.28,and the quality of traditional Chinese medicine distribution management was 94.48±1.21,which were higher than those of the reference group 90.58±1.66,90.62±1.69,90.54±1.63,and the differences were statistically significant (t=8.612,8.417,8.680,all P<0.05). The management satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the manage-ment of the hospital pharmacy,the implementation of the quality supervision of the pharmacy dispensing can enhance the working ability of the staff,improve the quality of management,and improve the management satisfaction rate.
