Study on the Application Value of Nursing Safety Management in the Nursing Management of Rehabilitation Department
Objective To probe into the application value of strengthening nursing safety management in nursing man-agement of rehabilitation department. Methods A total of forty-four nursing staff in the rehabilitation department of Linyi Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research objects. The nursing staff from March 2022 to March 2023 were set as the reference management group,and was given routine management;the nursing staff from April 2023 to April 2024 were set as the safety management group to strengthen the nursing safety management. The basic work quality completion score and management satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared. Results The basic work quality completion scores of the safety management group were higher than those of the reference manage-ment group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing staff in the safety management group was 97.72％ (43/44),which was higher than 81.81％ (36/44) in the reference management group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=6.064,P=0.013). Conclusion The hospital strengthens the safety management in the nursing management of the rehabilitation department,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing staff 's basic work,thereby improving the overall nursing safety awareness and service quality,and the nursing staff 's satisfaction with the management method is higher.
