Objective To study the value of PDCA cycle management in outpatient nursing management. Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,fifteen nurses in the community outpatient clinic of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects. From February to August 2020,the control group was used for routine management. From September 2020 to February 2021,the observation group will implement PDCA cycle management. The nursing quality and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Management satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33％ (14/15),higher than 53.33％ (8/15) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2=9.876,P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of outpatient nursing management,the implementation of PDCA cycle management model has a good effect,which can improve nursing quality and management satisfaction.
