Effects of Safety Detail Management in Internal Medicine Nursing Practice
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of safety detail management applied to internal medicine nursing. Methods Ten nursing staff of Dongshahe Community Health Service Centre in Tengzhou City were selected as re-search subjects from January to October 2022. Routine basic management was adopted from January to May 2022,which was set as the reference group;and safety detail management was adopted from June to October 2022,which was set as the research group. The assessment scores,management satisfaction,and work ability scores of the two groups were compared. Results The operational assessment score of the study group was 95.25±4.12 and the theoreti-cal assessment score was 95.26±4.12,which were higher than 87.14±7.13 and 87.33±7.14 of reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=3.114,3.042,both P<0.05). The total management satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The work ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The rational use of safety detail management can enhance the assessment performance of internal medicine nursing staff and effectively improve their work ability.
