Research on the Application Effect of Community Health Management Model in Communities and Its Impact on Job Competence
Objective To explore the management effect of community health management mode in community doc-tors and its impact on post competence. Methods Twenty-four community doctors from the Second People's Hospital of Weifang City from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as subjects,and were divided into control group (from May 2021 to May 2022) and observation group (from June 2022 to May 2023) according to the time period. The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group was combined with community health manage-ment mode. The management quality,post competence and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of management method,management effect,management content,doctor-patient relationship and management skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant (all P<0.05);The scores of critical thinking ability,interpersonal communication ability,personality trait,professional development ability and clinical treatment ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group in management effect,performance assessment,special lecture,training frequency and skill improvement,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of community health management mode in community doctors can improve the management quality,improve the post competence of doctors,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
