Application Analysis of PDCA Cycle Theory in Hospital Archives Management
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA in hospital archive management. Methods Fifteen staff members from the Archives Management Office of Yueyang Central Hospital were selected as the research sub-jects. The period from August 2022 to February 2023 was the control group,the traditional archives management was implemented and 100 archives were extracted. The period from March to November 2023 was the observation group,PDCA cycle theory management was implemented and 100 archives were extracted. Both groups of staff members were from the same group. The archive management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The management abilities of the observation group staff were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant (all P<0.05). In addition,the management qualification rate of the observation group was 99.00％ (99/100),which was higher than the control group's qualification rate of 93.00％ (93/100),the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.687,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle theory in hospital archive management can achieve scientific,standardized,and continuous improvement of archive management,and enhance the quality and efficiency of hospital archive management work.
